Okay, so I was just sipping/munching/noshing on my sandwich/snack/dinner, and BAM! This crazy/wild/insane thing/situation/event just happened/occurred/went down. I'm totally/completely/utterly shocked/surprised/flabbergasted.

I mean, seriously? This is nuts/bonkers/wacko. I need to take a breath/chill out/compose myself because my head/brain/thoughts are spinning/going haywire/in overdrive.
